For a good few weeks I had adopted the vegetarian diet in hopes of helping my initial weight loss in starting up my workouts again and treating my psoriasis. As of today I have put an end to the diet and returned to meat since I have noticed no crucial results on my skin...and quite frankly I miss the taste. To assist my physical results I will try to do everything in moderation and continue with the treadmill and the free weights.
